In our socks we use exclusively fine Italian yarns to guarantee durability and comfort and ensure lightness and softness.
All our socks are pre-washed, dried and ironed to eliminate further shrinkage after the first wash.

As required by the laws regulating trade, all WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.IT shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. SHIPPING DATE Orders are shipped from WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.IT , from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. The items will be delivered to the courier within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery on national territory (excluding islands) takes place within 24-48 hours from the date of shipment from our warehouses. For delivery to Sicily and Sardinia and places that are difficult to reach, shipping times may be delayed.
AUTHORIZED DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the goods shipped via "Express (tracked)", Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. The WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.IT packages are carefully packaged and sealed with adhesive tape. If for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the local shipping company office and contact our assistance service at : info@individualsocks.com. The tracking of standard shipments is limited only to delivery to the address indicated in the order. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.IT .
DELIVERY OF THE ORDER
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.IT and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.IT , will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in article 3 of the Consumer Code, he is entitled to the rights referred to in the art. 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by EU decree 2013/83 within the limits established by this legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, with the methods specified below. The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only part of the Products purchased by the Consumer (Partial Withdrawal). The goods must then be returned by the Customer, to the same address, within 14 days from the date on which he communicated that he wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal. INDIVIDUALSOCKS will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relevant invoice.
The Withdrawal Period expires after 14 days:
- a) in the case of an order relating to a single Product, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the Products;
- b) in the case of a Multiple Order with separate deliveries, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last Product; or
- c) in the case of an order relating to the delivery of a Product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you acquire or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
Effects of withdrawal
If they withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a product through WWW.INDIVIDUALSOCKS.COM, Customers will be refunded all payments they have made to us, including delivery costs (including additional costs), without undue delay and in any case not more than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Such refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the Customer demonstrates that they have sent the goods back.
The return must be sent to the following address:INDIVIDUALFIRST - Simplified Limited Liability Company, via della Pradello n.2 - 24121 Bergamo without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the Customers communicated the withdrawal from this contract.
The direct costs of return (shipping and/or packaging) are always borne by the Customers.
